Week beginning 25th November

Last week, we had fun listening to and watching The Barn bands and singers. The children really enjoyed being on stage in the theme area, performing for their friends and growing in confidence as they sang their favourite songs.

This week, the theme area is the Nativity stable. We will also be using puppets as we find out about the Christmas story, and dressing up as the characters as we begin to prepare for Christmas. Children will be able to decorate the Christmas tree in the Barn home area. Please take a look at all of their lovely Christmas art work on the walls. It is all starting to feel very festive, it may be early, but there is lots to do!

The Discoverers' word of the week is Decorate. The homelink this week, for all children, is to make a festive biscuit, details will be emailed.
