Week beginning 7th July

Our theme this week is sun, sea and sand.

We've enjoyed another lovely week of picnics on the field.

Indoors, the pirate ship has sailed into the role play area. There are shells and pebbles aplenty to collect, and we also have sandy play dough.

Outdoors, activities will include natural ten frames with shells, numbers and dice, and playing with sea creatures in the water tray. They can make flags to add to their sandcastles at the making marks table. Lots of fun for all!

A reminder that all Explorers' book bags will stay at The Barn for the summer and there will be no more homelinks this term. Discoverers' book bags will be returned for you to keep.
