Here are the best ways to contact the team at The Barn:

• Famly app - your child's profile: Reporting your child sick or on holiday, changing your contact details. You can also check your child's collection password here.

• Famly app messages to “Classroom”: Non-urgent messages, eg photos to be shown in class, letting us know if someone else will collect your child or that they have left their wellies at home, requesting a meeting. All staff will see these messages.

• Classroom telephone (01256-782580): Urgent queries about your child whilst they are at The Barn, eg checking that they settled well if they were upset.

​

• Famly app messages to “Lisa” and “Clare”: Sensitive information.

​

• Famly app messages to “Abigail” or the Office telephone (07943-863105): Administration, eg invoices and session bookings.​

​

We are, of course, always happy to catch up at drop-off and collection time.
