Week beginning 2nd December

The walls in the rooms are looking very festive and sparkly!

This week, Santa’s workshop has opened in the theme area and the children can dress up as elves and practise their wrapping skills as they fill Santa’s sack in preparation for the big night. We have supplies of tape, scissors, wrapping paper and labels at the ready. We will also be trying to ‘catch the beat’ with the Barn band, and we will be singing festive songs and rhymes.

During our Music and Movement afternoon, all children will join together to take part in a special retelling of the Snowman. There may even be a delicious treat at the end!
