This week we will be exploring lots of rhymes for National Nursery Rhyme Week. Our rhymes of the week will be Sing A Song Of Sixpence, Humpty Dumpty, When I was One, I hear Thunder and 2 Little Dicky Birds. You can play the songs and see the lyrics at World Nursery Rhyme Week 2025.

The Barn home has become the 3 Little Bears' cottage ready for Goldilocks to venture inside.

Outside, there will be a puppet theatre and lots of fun to be had with Incy Wincy spider - the play may get fun and messy! Please remember to put your child's hats, gloves and waterproofs in their bag as we will be having fun enjoying the seasonal changes, outside and in.

Christmas preparations have begun and, everywhere, there is a fine sprinkle of glitter! Children will continue to come home with their paintings, drawings and mark makings, but any special Christmas crafts will stay at The Barn until the end of term.

The Discoverers' word of the week is Rhyme.

And lastly, we would like to remind you that term finishes at 12pm on Friday 12th December. We look forward to welcomimg you all on that morning to our Christmas Concert and Activity morning . Further details will be emailed shortly.
