Week beginning 4th May

This week we are focusing on our mechanical world. In the theme area, we will be travelling on our imaginary bus, buying tickets to favourite destinations and having fun with songs and car music. Children will need to remember to ring the bell when they see their stop. Sarah's very special car horn will be coming out in the Explorers' room and the children will have lots of fun! We even have a special visitor coming to tell us all about what it is like to be a pilot.

Outside, the children can continue to make their own roadways using ramps and roads with our outdoor vehicles. Inside, the big trucks will be busy lifting and loading and the creative area will be full of junk modelling for budding engineers to create their own vehicles and machines.
