Week beginning 5th October

The children have loved the measuring wall last week and have been busy comparing heights. This week, our theme is playing together. We will be listening, chatting, playing games, and celebrating our own successes and those of our friends. We would like to welcome our new Discoverer Kiara to The Barn.

At review times, both rooms will enjoy taking part in ring games and having lots of fun dancing together.

Our Doctors' Surgery will remain open for another week and we look forward to welcoming new patients, it has been a very busy week of appointments.

Outside, we will be exploring autumn treasures and painting them. There will be water exploration in the water trays and lots of fun to be had in the mud pit.

The Discoverers' word of the week is share.

We will be exploring signs of autumn in the coming weeeks. If you are out on walks collecting leaves, pinecones, conkers etc then we would be grateful for any cotributions so we can add to our activities. Please feel free to drop them in!
